This is my first blog! Please congratulate me! Whew! Anyway, it's exciting actually, because I also just wrote my first E-news, where I reflected on the power of the transformative listening presence as we confront conflicts or difficult situations. During the last year I, for the first time in my 17 years as a conflict transformation practitioner, discovered the extraordinary power of this gift of listening as I was working with different groups and within a very short period of time people's behaviors and attitudes changed dramatically. I am wondering about your experiences and look forward to some fruitful conversations!
